Strength and Cardio Training sessions are designed to accommodate all levels of fitness. These classes focus on strength, stamina and balance. We look for variety to suit the season and include winter walks and summer aquafit. We have been known to do jumping jacks on Barkhouse Road on a sunny morning! Eight sessions cost $25 or the drop in fee is $4.

Circuit Training is a series of prescribed exercises that focus on each part of the body. Whether it is improving the golf game, running the marathon, or just plain feeling good, this is a great way to keep fit. Eight sessions cost $25 or the drop in fee is $4.

Yoga with Jenna Pennington is available at two levels of intensity, for beginners and for those looking to develop their skills further. The drop in fee is $12.

You don't need to be a member to join and enjoy our classes but we do invite you to be a part of our society and help us help our community. Thanks to the generosity of Sport Chek all members have the benefit of 10% off all purchases at the New Minas store. Membership is $5.
