Well it is a GO, Gentle Men's Yoga is here in Kingsport starting Tues Feb 10 4-5 pm. If I haven't spoken to you and you are interested, please either call me, 582-7700 or email so we can chat before class. This is a 6 wk program, $60. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, we do have some extras at the building, also wear comfy clothes so you can stretch and a sweatshirt for the cool down part of class.
