September is about to begin with kids off to school and regular activities on the go.  Want to improve your fitness, strength and feel great too? Join us! The Kingsport Fitness and Wellness Society has something for everyone!

Starting September 9 for 6 weeks: Monday 6 to 7.15 p.m. Gentle Stretch and Strengthening Yoga for all levels with our  instructor, Melanie Amos.

***New this fall we have MUSCLE MEMORY and MOVEMENT (MMM), a low impact co-ed class to help improve balance, strength and endurance that will run for 6 weeks.  Please register for this new class on Thursday September 12 between 10:30 and 11:00am.  (min 6 persons and max of 12 to run class.)  Classes take place on Mondays and Thursdays from 10:30 - 11:30am.  We welcome Niamh Webster as the instructor for this class.  The Eastern Kings Memorial Health Foundation Grant has aided in making this new class a possibility.
