Spring is somewhere in the air, so drag out your yoga mat and welcome the new season!
I have made some changes both in time and style.
Starting Monday, Mar 31 5:30- 6:45
ALL LEVELS FLOW
This gentle but invigorating practice will help students gain improved flexibility, balance and strength.  As well, each will gain a greater awareness of mind and body.
Wednesday Apr 2, 5:30 - 6:45
ALL LEVELS SLOW
During this class, we will hold the poses longer in a YIN style.  Bolsters will be used to help support in order to let the body gently stretch and relax
